This style does have sleeves, and there are no slits on the side or arm tack closures. It provides full coverage. It has a subtle material texture and is light in weight. It looks great paired with a white or pink bathing suit at the beach. Quickly change into jeans or a skirt with a white tank and head out to dinner or lunch. One size fits most up to a size large comfortably.
