RETURN POLICY
You may return merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. Returned items that have makeup or deodorant, smell of smoke/perfume, have stains or have been damaged by you will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense. No returns, refunds or exchanges may be made on leggings as they are intimate apparel.
ALL SALES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Refunds/Store Credits
Refunds/Store Credits are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Our store must receive your return within 7 days of original delivery/purchase for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Items received after 7 days but within 14 days of original delivery/purchase will receive a store credit for the amount of the item(s), excluding shipping costs. We will not exchange, refund or provide a store credit for returns received after 14 days of original delivery.
If you believe you have received an item with a defect or damage we must be contacted within 2 business days of the date it was delivered to you or purchased in-store. We will not accept any defective/damaged item(s) after this 2 day period for return. No exceptions
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item(s) unless it is the result of our own error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
